Product introduction
  • The ST51 Series Thermal Mass Flowmeter is designed for direct mass flow measurement of gases.

  • Using a constant–temperature–difference thermal dispersion principle, the meter measures both gas mass flow rate and gas temperature without the need for external pressure or temperature compensation.

  • With negligible pressure loss, high sensitivity, and fast response, the ST Series is suitable for clean gas measurement in process control, energy management, and environmental monitoring applications.

  • Fully welded stainless-steel construction, no moving parts, and an intelligent modular transmitter design provide long-term stability and low maintenance in harsh operating environments.

  • Natural Gas Mass Flow Measurement in Industrial Boilers

ST in-line meters installed on DN25…DN80 natural gas lines measure true gas mass flow and temperature. Without external pressure or temperature transmitters, the system obtains stable mass or standard volume flow for billing, energy balance, and boiler efficiency analysis.

  • Nitrogen Flow Monitoring for Inerting and Blanketing

On nitrogen lines feeding storage tanks or reactors, the ST Series provides high-sensitivity mass flow measurement with fast response. Modbus or HART communication allows the DCS to precisely control inert gas consumption and maintain safe oxygen levels.
