VNER Strengthens Presence in Russia with Local Partner

VNER and its Russian partner have completed a year-long localization effort, including technical alignment, localized materials, and a Russian-language website, better to serve customers in the Russian and CIS markets.

One Year of Joint Preparation and Mutual Trust
The cooperation did not begin with a single order, but rather with a systematic understanding of each other. Over the last twelve months, our Russian partner’s team has:

  • visited VNER’s manufacturing base to review production processes, quality control, and test facilities;
  • studied VNER’s key product families, including vortex (MA80T), swirl (SA80T), electromagnetic (VE / LWGY), and Coriolis (AC / KSMF) flow meters;
  • aligned on product positioning, target industries, and typical applications in the Russian and CIS markets.

This process allowed both sides to build mutual trust not only at a commercial level, but also on the technical and engineering side.

From Product Understanding to Localized Marketing Materials
In parallel with the technical evaluation, VNER and its Russian partner jointly prepared a complete set of localized marketing tools, including:

  • Russian-language product descriptions for vortex, swirl, electromagnetic, and Coriolis flow meters;
  • application-oriented texts for steam, gas, oil, and wastewater measurement in Russian industrial environments;
  • basic selection guidance and configuration examples adapted to local standards and common process conditions.

All content is based on real product capabilities and existing certifications, such as EAC TR CU 012/020/032 and PAC for vortex meters, EAC TR CU 012 for Coriolis meters, as well as CE-EMC and ATEX approvals for selected series.
No claims are made beyond the actual qualification scope, ensuring that all communication is technically accurate and compliant.

Logistics and Procurement Planning for Stable Supply
For the project and distribution business in Russia, stable and predictable delivery is as important as the product itself.

Over the past year, the teams jointly:

  • reviewed feasible trade and logistics routes from China to Russia;
  • discussed different procurement models for project orders, stock orders, and sample orders;
  • clarified documentation, labeling, and packing requirements to support customs clearance and end-user acceptance.

This groundwork allows the Russian partner to respond faster to customer inquiries and project timelines, while VNER can plan production and shipments more efficiently.

Launch a dedicated Russian language website
A milestone of this cooperation is the launch of a dedicated Russian-language website for VNER flow meters, which presents:

  • vortex and swirl flow meters for steam and gas;
  • electromagnetic flow meters for water, wastewater, and process liquids;
  • Coriolis mass flow meters for oil, chemicals, and other demanding applications;
  • basic information on certifications, typical applications, and selection considerations in Russian.

The Russian-language site provides local engineers, buyers, and integrators with easier access to product information and serves as a central platform for future marketing campaigns in the region.

A Long-Term Commitment to the Russian and CIS Markets
With the Russian localization now in place – including product understanding, technical alignment, marketing materials, logistic planning, and a Russian-language online presence – VNER and its partner have completed an important first phase of deployment in Russia.
In the next step, both sides will:

  • ocus on key industries such as oil & gas, chemical, power and water/wastewater;
  • support local customers with technical sizing, selection, and documentation;
  • Gradually build reference projects and case studies in the Russian and CIS markets.

VNER remains committed to providing reliable, technically sound, and cost-effective industrial flow measurement solutions for global customers, and the successful deployment in Russia is a key milestone on this journey.
