VNER welcomed Thai partner KCBKK to its Yangzhou factory for a plant tour covering vortex and swirl flow meters, from raw materials and welding to assembly, calibration and final inspection.

VNER recently welcomed representatives from Thai partner KCBKK to the Yangzhou manufacturing base for vortex and swirl flow

meters.

This visit further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in the Thai market.

Factory Tour: From Raw Materials to Final Inspection

During the visit, the KCBKK team was guided through the complete production process, including:

• raw material preparation and machining;
• welding and pressure-related fabrication steps;
• assembly of vortex and swirl flow meter bodies and transmitters;
• calibration and performance verification;
• final inspection, packing and shipment procedures.

The on-site tour allowed the customer to directly see VNER’s quality control practices at each stage.

Technical and Market Exchange

Both teams also exchanged views on:

• main product lines and technical strengths on each side;
• typical applications and customer requirements in the Thai market;
• future opportunities for cooperation in gas, steam and liquid flow measurement.

The discussion helped align product positioning and market focus for upcoming projects.
