A Malaysian customer visited VNER’s factory to review production capabilities and discuss a Zigbee-based swirl flow meter solution and monitoring platform for burner combustion gas monitoring in rubber glove plants.

VNER recently welcomed a customer from Malaysia to its factory for a technical visit and solution discussion.

The focus of the visit was on burner combustion gas monitoring in rubber glove plants and how VNER’s swirl flow meters, combined with a Zigbee-based local network, could support this application.

Factory Visit and Product Introduction

During the visit, the VNER team:

• introduced the production lines for swirl and other industrial flow meters;
• presented key steps from machining and assembly to calibration and final inspection;
• shared VNER’s experience in combustion gas and burner-related flow measurement.

The customer gained a clearer understanding of VNER’s manufacturing capability and quality control process.

Discussion on Zigbee Swirl Flow Meter and Monitoring Platform

Both sides held a focused discussion around:

• using swirl flow meters for burner combustion gas measurement in rubber glove factories;
• integrating local Zigbee communication for each meter to build a combustion gas monitoring network;
• connecting the field devices to a centralized monitoring platform for data visualization and basic analysis.

The discussion helped identify the technical requirements and interface needs for a practical burner combustion gas monitoring solution.




Next Steps

Based on this visit, VNER will continue to work with the Malaysian customer to:

• refine the technical configuration of the swirl flow meter and Zigbee local network;
• evaluate integration with the customer’s existing control or IT systems;
• explore pilot projects in rubber glove plants for burner combustion gas monitoring.
