The LWGY Series turbine flowmeter operates based on the kinetic energy principle. As fluid enters the flowmeter, it first passes through a flow straightener to stabilize turbulent flow. The fluid then drives a multi-blade turbine rotor, causing it to rotate. The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the fluid velocity. As the rotor blades pass through the magnetic sensing coil, they induce an AC voltage pulse. These frequency pulses are proportional to volumetric flow rate and are processed for accurate flow measurement.
