Next-Generation MA80T Vortex Flowmeter Series

VNER MA80T Vortex Flowmeter Series – Next-Generation Industrial Flow Measurement

The MA80T series represents VNER’s latest advancement in vortex flow measurement technology, engineered for high stability, strong anti-interference performance, and adaptable deployment across complex industrial environments. Built on a unified DSP architecture, the platform extends into multiple optimized configurations to meet distinct application demands in steam, gas, and liquid measurement.

1. Quad-Sensor DSP Vortex Flowmeter

Designed for mission-critical processes where signal integrity is non-negotiable, the Quad-Sensor version integrates four independent sensing elements with advanced DSP processing to significantly suppress pipeline vibration noise and enhance vortex signal resolution.

It delivers exceptional stability under complex operating conditions and is well-suited for petrochemical plants, power generation systems, LNG facilities, and utility steam networks.

Highlights:

  • Quad-sensor vortex detection architecture

  • Strong anti-vibration and anti-noise performance

  • Enhanced low-flow detection capability

  • Advanced DSP signal conditioning

  • Reliable steam, gas, and utility measurement

  • Optional SIL-oriented design configuration

2. Compact Short-Neck Vortex Flowmeter

This version is engineered for systems where installation space is limited or compact skid design is required. Its shortened body structure reduces installation footprint while maintaining stable vortex measurement performance.

It is widely used in OEM equipment, modular skids, and compact industrial piping systems.

Highlights:

  • Ultra-compact installation length

  • Lightweight integrated mechanical design

  • Easy installation and system integration

  • Stable measurement for liquids, gases, and steam

  • Ideal for OEM and skid-mounted applications

  • Low maintenance structure

3. Anti-Vibration DSP Vortex Flowmeter

Developed for harsh industrial environments with strong mechanical vibration or pulsating flow, this version combines reinforced mechanical structure with optimized DSP filtering algorithms to ensure stable vortex signal extraction.

It is particularly suitable for compressor stations, boiler systems, and high-vibration utility pipelines.

Highlights:

  • High resistance to mechanical vibration

  • Stable operation under pulsating flow conditions

  • Reinforced sensor and structural design

  • Advanced DSP noise suppression

  • Long-term measurement stability

  • Suitable for steam, gas, and utility applications
