Product introduction

The AC Series Coriolis Mass Flowmeters are VNERʼs flagship line for high-precision mass flow and density measurement. Based on the Coriolis effect and advanced digital signal processing, the AC Series directly measures mass flow, density and temperature, and derives volumetric flow in real time.

Driven measuring tubes generate parallel sinusoidal signals. When fluid flows through the tubes, Coriolis forces cause a controlled deformation and a measurable phase shift between inlet and outlet. The transmitter analyses this time shift to calculate mass flow, while the oscillation frequency is used for density, and integrated RTD sensors provide process temperature.

With a compact, low-pressure-loss design, extended temperature and pressure ranges, and global approvals, the AC Series is suited for custody transfer, critical process control, and high-value fluid management in demanding industrial environments.
